Telemarketing Assistants

You will be responsible for selling Membership packages over the phone and achieving the targeted sales numbers. Your role will involve making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned to you. Building a strong relationship and trust with customers is crucial, so understanding their requirements and suggesting the right product is key. You must explain the product features in detail and guide customers on how to use the packages effectively. Encouraging customers to upgrade or renew their packages based on their requirements is also part of your responsibilities. Addressing all customer issues and grievances promptly to provide a positive customer experience is essential. Additionally, capturing insights from customer interactions and sharing them with the internal team will contribute to improving processes. Strict adherence to the process requirements is expected from you.
