1. Generate RFQ, feasibility studies, pricing and quotation process. 2. RFQ process in having track on the number of RFQ s generated and make the team to close the activity to submit quote to customer. 3. New Order management and smooth Exicution. 4. Regular visit to customer end to have the mutual understanding on the Existing / Current projects to discuss on the New Projects and open issues. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction. 5. Highlighting the Quality Delivery concerns raised by customer to internal team and ask them to take corrective actions for maintaining the 100% Quality and Delivery rating. 6. Working on the Debit notes / Supplementary Invoices for the price increase / price correction received from customer to avoid the regular payment issues. 7. Monitoring Product Delivery Process, Technical Support Delivery Management. 8. Key account manager for the customer and ensure to meet the Customer satisfaction (CSI) 9. Analyzing latest marketing trends and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales marketing strategies. 10. Conducting internal review meeting with the CFT for meeting the customer target Price to meet their Prod schedule. 11. Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth. 12. Prepare and share the sales plan to internal team on monthly basis and business plan to management for annually, Ensure to meet the sales target. 13. Smooth execution of Change management from the customer CR.
