Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Ensure product quality standards are met by performing regular product inspections, testing, and audits. Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, tests, and audits, ensuring accurate documentation for traceability. Provide training and support for production teams on quality procedures and best practices. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and product design, to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of a product. Coordinates in plant product & Process auditing functions and maintains records. Complete Process quality reviews on a regular basis including daily, weekly & monthly management reviews. Requirements And Preferred Skills Requires a bachelor education in Engineering or Diploma Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
