Date: May 30, 2025 Location: Lalru, PB, IN, 140501 Company: Gates Corporation Essential Duties and Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role are to Work according to Production Planning to meet customer demands and Responsible for ensuring to achieve safety, productivity, and on-time performance goals on his machine. Leads and directs personnel in the manufacturing of products reflecting a high degree of quality while maintaining 100% of the planned requirements, to obtain customer & associate satisfaction. Setup of machine i.e. cleaning, shorting out unwanted & updating of daily machine check sheet before starting of production. Execution & achieving of target according to plan provided by supervisor & filling of production detail in sheet. Follow up of SOP 100% during production to control the process. Checking & inspection of material with precision tools. Troubleshooting of issues that might arise during production. Keeping records of production output sheet, machine setup approval, SPC sheets & daily machine check sheet. Maintaining of daily production activity in logbook for daily communication. Supervisory Responsibilities The incumbent operates as an Individual contributor & reports to and support Manager - Production in all day-to-day operations to achieve the objectives of the company. Requirements and Preferred Skills Diploma in Engineering. 0-2 years of experience in similar type of industries. Sound knowledge of Standard Work Procedure in Manufacturing. Good knowledge of different tools of Production Process and Quality Concepts. Working knowledge of Hose Manufacturing Process.
