Operator, Production

As a Production Technician at our company, your role is crucial in meeting customer demands and ensuring safety, productivity, and on-time performance goals are achieved on your machine. You will be responsible for setting up the machine, executing and achieving targets as per the provided plan, following standard operating procedures, inspecting materials with precision tools, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining production records. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will be key to your success in this role. While operating as an Individual contributor, you will report to and support the Manager - Production in daily operations to drive the company's objectives forward. Qualifications and Skills: - Diploma in Engineering. - 0-2 years of experience in similar industries. - Proficiency in Standard Work Procedure in Manufacturing. - Familiarity with Production Process tools and Quality Concepts. - Understanding of Hose Manufacturing Process.
