Date: Jun 3, 2025 Location: Lalru, PB, IN, 140501 Company: Gates Corporation Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure product quality standards are met by performing regular product inspections, testing, and audits. Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, tests, and audits, ensuring accurate documentation for traceability. Provide training and support for production teams on quality procedures and best practices. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for production processes to enhance quality and efficiency. Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective actions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and product design, to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of a product. Coordinates in plant product & Process auditing functions and maintains records. Complete Process quality reviews on a regular basis including daily, weekly & monthly management reviews. Supervisory Responsibilities The incumbent operates as an Individual Contributor & reports to the Quality Manager and supports him to achieve the business objectives of the company. Requirements and Preferred Skills Requires a bachelor education in Engineering or Diploma Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
