Engineer II, Field Service

Job Description

1 Candidate must have 4 to 6 Years hands on experience in Chillers industry with I&C and service support 2 Perform & maintain record of preventive and corrective maintenance of chiller systems through our authorized Vendor partner 3 Diagnose faults, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues in chiller plants. 4 Commission new chiller units, including installation verification, performance testing, and configuration. 5 Maintain detailed service records, & reports for all site visits and activities. 6 Communicate with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide post-service follow-up. 7 Good knowledge / understanding of low side chilled water circuit. 8 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines during service activities. 9 Maintain inventory of spare parts & prepare critical spare parts list for all the installed chillers 10 Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SME, Sales, and QA) for technical support and escalations. 11 Analysis / Corrective measures action on repeat nature of breakdown call on chillers. 12 Building Management System installation, testing & commissioning for chiller. 13 DCIM / CPM - Installation, testing & commissioning. 14 Training & Developing Service Partners / Franchisee s team Required Qualifications & Skills: 1 Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering. 2 Strong knowledge of HVACR fundamentals and chiller control systems. 3 Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and P&ID drawings. 4 Familiarity with refrigerants handling, vacuum pumping, charging, and leak detection. 5 Good communication and documentation skills.
