Experience Proven experience in software troubleshooting. Experience in Chromeleon installations and qualifications. Extensive customer support experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Must be willing to travel extensively to support a large pharmaceutical customer base.
