Advanced Excel skills: Formulas, Data Analysis, Macros, Data ValidationFile management and structured documentationBasic understanding of GT I&M (Geotechnical Instrumentation & Monitoring) and functioning of major types of GT instrumentsKnowledge of document security measures and best practices for protecting sensitive informationSkills in troubleshooting technical issues related to document systems and applicationsPreferably experienced in preparing monitoring reports

Soft Skills Required

Ensuring accuracy and precision in document management, including review and verification for completeness and correctnessAbility to systematically organize and manage large volumes of documents and dataEfficiently prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyA good command of English (reading/writing) and MS Office is essentialHandling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality in line with company policies and regulations
