Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Service Engineers to install, maintain, and troubleshoot scientific instruments. The ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in servicing and installation, with a background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. This role requires fieldwork and effective problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and servicing of laboratory, analytical, and scientific instruments at customer locations.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.Provide technical support and training to customers as required.Ensure timely and professional communication with clients to maintain strong relationships.Coordinate with internal teams to manage service schedules and spare parts.Maintain detailed service logs and documentation.Promote and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales to ensure continued service and support for our clients.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and installation of scientific, analytical, and laboratory instruments.Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc.).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel within the region for onsite service and support.
