Engineer - Customer Support

As a Service Engineer at Inkarp Instruments Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of advanced scientific and laboratory instruments at client sites across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Installation, maintenance, and servicing of laboratory, analytical, and scientific instruments at customer locations. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues effectively. - Providing technical support and training to customers as required. - Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients to maintain strong relationships. - Coordinating with internal teams to manage service schedules and spare parts. - Maintaining detailed service logs and documentation. - Promoting and managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales to ensure continued service and support for our clients. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and installation of scientific, analytical, and laboratory instruments. - Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc.). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. - Willingness to travel within the region for onsite service and support.
