Location: Delhi

Experience: 8–12 years in operations, public sector engagement, or enterprise partnership roles

Role Overview

Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Lead – Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational execution and stakeholder coordination for education transformation initiatives, including ATL, STEM, ICT labs, and CSR-funded programs. The role demands a strong background in project operations, government/CSR stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Operations

  • Lead the execution of government and CSR-funded education programs in collaboration with PSUs, government departments, and CSR partners.
  • Coordinate MoU execution, project planning, and initiation in line with funder requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with project milestones, fund utilization, and reporting norms.
  • Submit proposals and maintain ongoing follow-ups with stakeholders.

2. OEM & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage relationships with key OEMs and vendors (e.g., robotics kits, STEM equipment, smart classroom solutions).
  • Supervise procurement, quality checks, and timely dispatches as per project timelines.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and warranty compliance.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain updated documentation including MoUs, purchase orders, invoices, utilization certificates (UCs), progress, and closure reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of UCs, audit reports, and impact narratives to funding partners.
  • Comply with procurement, GST, and CSR norms and documentation standards.

4. Strategic Alignment & Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with PSU/government nodal officers and OEM stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and scalable engagement models.
  • Represent the organization in partner reviews, audits, and donor consultations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
8–12 years of relevant experience in PSU/OEM project delivery, CSR/government operations, or large-scale logistics and supply chain roles.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, MIS reporting, and project tracking tools.

Functional Skills:
Strong project planning, vendor negotiation, documentation, process optimization, and partner communication capabilities.

Preferred

  • Understanding of PSU procurement processes and CSR documentation.
  • Exposure to EdTech, STEM ecosystems, or government education project implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹309,780.25 - ₹600,000.00 per year
