Growth & Sales Leadership
Drive new logo acquisition and grow existing accounts across defined verticals or geographies.Create and execute go-to-market strategies for Cloud, Data, AI, and App Modernization services.Build a healthy qualified pipeline and ensure consistent quarterly revenue conversions.Account Management
Serve as the strategic point of contact for key clients, ensuring value delivery and long-term relationships.Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across cloud, data, and AI practices.Partner with practice heads and delivery teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.Delivery Oversight
Ensure project delivery aligns with business outcomes and customer expectations.Track key delivery KPIs—quality, timeliness, profitability, and CSAT—with delivery heads.Participate in governance and quarterly business reviews with customers.Team & Partnership Enablement
Collaborate with AWS, Azure, and GCP alliance teams to co-sell and leverage joint GTM programs.Mentor the sales and presales teams for consultative solution selling.Partner with marketing for campaign design and brand visibility initiatives.Reporting & Governance
Own the revenue and margin performance of assigned accounts and regions.Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and risk assessments to leadership.
