Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers on-site to understand their business needs and demonstrate software solutions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Deliver product presentations and live demos tailored to client requirements. Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with the inside sales, pre-sales, and support teams for smooth onboarding. Report daily/weekly progress using CRM tools and provide market insights. Attend industry events, trade shows, and local business forums to generate leads. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software/SaaS/technology products. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling ERP, CRM, or industry-specific software solutions. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and procurement cycles.

Project Manager responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize potential risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Project Manager requirements: Minimum 5 years proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Experience with project management software tools
