Job Description

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients (OEMs, Tier1 & Tier2 suppliers, semiconductor fabs) who require contract staffing manpower requirements.
  • Understand client staffing requirements (types of roles, skills, duration, volumes), propose fitting staffing solutions.
  • Build & maintain a strong network of prospects in the targeted sectors.
  • Lead full sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closing contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment delivery, operations) to ensure fulfillment of the staffing contracts as per agreed terms (quality, timelines).
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual business development targets (new clients / revenue).
  • Maintain CRM, report on pipeline, conversion metrics, and market insights.
  • Keep up with market & industry trends, especially in automotive / semiconductor / manufacturing staffing demand, competitors, etc.
