About the Role

The Energy Manager will be responsible for leading energy-saving initiatives and collaborating with various teams to achieve energy reduction targets.

Responsibilities

• To lead the energy saving initiatives on portfolio managed.
• Establish energy benchmarks across managed portfolio, implement and track on the planned targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues in operations and other technical SME’s to identify practical solutions to achieve energy reduction targets.
• Support in procurement decisions on energy efficiency related matters.
• Perform Energy Audits. The Energy Manager audits various facilities from higher education.
• Manage Utility Budget. Through energy audits and the development of energy saving strategies.
• Document and Present Projects. Energy managers prepare formal proposals for all new projects.

Qualifications

• Essential – Degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
• BEE Certified Auditor (Desirable).

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in energy management and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with energy auditing processes.

Pay range and compensation package

Budget: 10.50 LPA to 14 LPA
