We want to do this right and for this, we know that we need to first deeply analyze our client's (Mainly commercial & industrial Establishments) electrical consumption and then offer not just solar but a bouquet of options for them to reduce and optimize their electrical consumption and cost. We're looking for a BEE certified Energy Manager/Auditor to join our team and bring on board the required expertise to carry this out. We are a lean team consisting of very dedicated solar designers and electrical engineers, our new team members job role shall include the following: Visit & close clients who require Energy Audits/Analysis along with our sales team/representative Conduct an impartial and in depth audit of the client's establishment Discuss & brainstorm with our engineering team to identify potential solutions Prepare & present reports to the clients. Oversee execution of solutions being implemented. Provide a completion and energy saving report to client. The candidate: Must have a valid Energy manager or Energy Auditor Certificate from BEE Should be based in West Bengal and be ready to travel for work. Should be fluent in English (Spoken & Written) Should be well versed with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs Etc) tools for efficient work flow

We are looking to add to our team a dedicated and Solar Sales Executive, well versed in the nuances of Solar power plants for Residential, Industries and commercial establishments to expand our business. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Executive located in West Bengal. The Solar Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. They will also take part in market research to identify new sales opportunities, prepare sales proposals, and follow up with clients to close deals. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, and working towards meeting sales targets. Require Qualifications Atleast 2 Years Experience in Sales and Business Development in the Solar industry Strong understanding of the solar energy industry Effective communication and negotiation skills Ability to perform market research and analysis Capability to prepare persuasive sales presentations and proposals Excellent customer relationship management skills Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
