Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager based in South Korea, your role will involve overseeing the company's HR strategies and operations. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Working closely with headquarters, you will develop and implement HR policies for the Korean branch to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing recruitment plans and managing the hiring of new and experienced employees - Planning and implementing onboarding and training programs for employees - Managing performance evaluations, appraisals, and compensation systems - Handling employee relations and supporting internal communications - Developing HR policies and ensuring compliance - Managing talent development and leadership programs - Analyzing HR data and preparing reports To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5-10 years of experience in HR, with managerial experience required - Knowledge of Korean labor law and HR regulations - Strong organizational management and leadership skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in multinational companies or global HR - Experience in HR system implementation and management - Certification as a HR professional (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and benefits according to company policy.,
