We are seeking an experienced SAP Commission Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing compensation systems within SAP, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with business units and various teams during different phases of the project to ensure successful implementation. - Implement compensation rules within SAP Commission using various components and tools. - Develop an in-depth understanding of the structure and functionality of commission plans and compensation strategies. - Gain a solid understanding of data sources, data flows, payload models, and transformation logic. - Provide support post-go-live and perform enhancements to improve the product based on user feedback. Technical Requirements: - Strong technical experience in application development, specifically focused on Compensation Systems. - Proficient understanding of the SAP portfolio and SAP Commission components. - Knowledge of reporting, dispute processes, and data integration within the SAP Commissions Product Suite. - Experience integrating commission systems with existing enterprise solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments. - Familiarity with compensation plans and bonus structures. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Confident and outgoing approach; a strong team player or potential team lead. - Ability to effectively engage with business teams and set appropriate expectations.
