Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking two experienced

End User Computing (EUC) Engineers

to manage endpoint lifecycle processes, including OS image deployment, patch management, compliance reporting, and endpoint security.The role demands strong hands-on expertise in

SCCM

Microsoft Intune

Windows Autopilot

, and enterprise patch management solutions.The ideal candidates will ensure the

stability, security, and compliance

of all user devices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

OS Image & Endpoint Management
Create, manage, and deploy Windows OS images using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
Configure and manage device provisioning, including hardware enrollment and application deployment.
Maintain version control and optimize deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
Patch Management & Compliance
Administer patch management through SCCM or Intune to ensure timely and secure updates for OS and applications.
Generate, review, and analyze compliance reports to identify non-compliant devices.
Coordinate patch testing and pilot rollouts prior to enterprise-wide deployment.
Endpoint Security & Configuration
Enforce device compliance policies and configuration baselines.
Support and maintain BitLocker, antivirus, firewall, and other endpoint security tools.
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and strengthen endpoint security posture.
Operational Support
Troubleshoot issues related to imaging, deployment, and patching.
Collaborate closely with Service Desk and L2/L3 teams for escalations and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in End User Computing / Desktop Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
In-depth understanding of Windows OS deployment, patching, and compliance processes.
Experience with Group Policy, Active Directory, and endpoint configuration management.
Strong scripting skills using PowerShell for automation, reporting, and task optimization.
Familiarity with enterprise security standards and endpoint hardening practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MD-100, or MS-102 (Intune / Endpoint Administrator).
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Azure AD, Endpoint Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
