Description
Integration Manager This role involves ownership of product and client integrations, including planning, coordination, execution, and support of end-to-end integration processes across systems, platforms, and client : 5 to 8 years of experience in system and software integration across diverse environments. Proven experience in integrating SaaS-based products with third-party platforms and APIs. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, OAuth, and authentication flows. Hands-on experience with middleware, ETL tools. Solid programming experience with C#, .NET Core, and database development using SQL Server. Ability to understand client requirements, translate them into technical integration tasks, and deliver accordingly. Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure smooth integration delivery. Experience in handling data mapping, transformation, and ensuring data security/compliance. Strong debugging skills and experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, or similar. Ability to create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles related to integrations. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. Experience with tools and technologies such as REST APIs, - Experience with project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
