As a Relationship Manager for Employee Health and Benefits, your role will involve servicing existing clients and developing new clients. You will be responsible for studying the client's existing portfolio, conducting gap analysis of their policies, suggesting better terms, and negotiating with insurers. Your aim will be to maintain client retention at 100% and prepare proposals for client presentations, assisting them with roadshows. Engaging with clients for completing Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys and ensuring timely booking and invoicing of business will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with other client practices to explore portfolio level penetration in client relationships, interacting with risk insurance markets to find the best solutions for clients, and ensuring all documentations and policy issuances are as per discussed SLAs. Providing continuous assistance to clients regarding claims queries and coordinating with internal stakeholders for the execution of client deliverables will be part of your daily tasks. Your general skills should include proven leadership traits, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good networking and relationship management skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA. Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporations, and PSU clients will be beneficial, with domain knowledge being preferred. Proven leadership experience and compensation between 12 to 20 lacs for a maximum experience of 10 years will be considered.,
