Job Description

As an HR Engagement Specialist, your role will involve developing and executing engagement strategies that align with company goals. This includes focusing on areas such as recognition, wellness, and internal events. You will also be responsible for coming up with innovative methods to measure employee morale and implementing strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Enhancing the employee journey from onboarding to exit by improving touch points and reducing friction through effective communication to ensure employees are informed and engaged. - Collecting and compiling meaningful HR metrics from current processes and policy parameters to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall employee experience. - Partnering closely with operational stakeholders across departments to facilitate effective interaction and connectivity, and to develop, implement, and administer HR processes. - Creating high-quality knowledge base content and ensuring it is communicated to the right audience at the right time. You will also act as a general HR subject matter expert in operational HR cases. - Assisting in the planning and implementation of key organizational/HR initiatives by collaborating with HR Business partners and business teams to execute programs in a timely and effective manner. - Being responsible for building, maintaining, and upgrading KRAs, SOPs, process maps, and creating documents on various new and existing processes.
