Employee Engagement Intern


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), Psychology, or any other field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and event management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with HRMS or engagement platforms preferred.
  • Creative thinker with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and able to connect with employees at all levels.


Location:

  • Trivandrum, Kerala


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the EE team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities aimed at improving morale, collaboration, and workplace culture.
  • Support the design and rollout of surveys, feedback forms, and engagement reports to assess employee satisfaction and gather insights.
  • Help in organizing recognition programs, wellness sessions, team-building activities, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with admin team to coordinate logistics for employee events, including invitations, materials, vendor coordination, and follow-up communications.
  • Contribute creative ideas for enhancing employee experience through new initiatives, campaigns, or digital engagement tools.
  • Assist in preparing internal newsletters, announcements, posters, and social media content.
  • Maintain and update employee engagement databases, attendance, and participation records for all activities.
  • Collaborate with HR team on initiatives related to onboarding, employee welfare, and retention.
  • Identify external vendors for workshops, training sessions, and employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor engagement efforts for specific teams or functions.
  • Support grievance redressal processes and act as a bridge between employees and Management.
  • Gather feedback from employees after engagement programs and prepare summary reports or presentations highlighting outcomes.
  • Support the EE team in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to engagement and communication.
