Employee Engagement Intern

Role Overview: As a valued member of the Human Capital Team at Arcesium in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various HR processes and interact with employees to enhance their office experience. Your role will involve supporting HRBP initiatives, engagement activities, and contributing to the firm's culture. Key Responsibilities: - Gain exposure to the dynamic business environment and understand the role of a Business Partner (BP). - Support in maintaining and enhancing the firm's culture through daily interactions. - Assist in planning and executing HRBP initiatives and engagement activities at the unit level. - Facilitate employee connects, gather feedback, and provide insights to leaders. - Assist in implementing centrally designed HR processes at the business unit level. - Handle people-related queries and support data collation, analysis, and report preparation. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and offer fresh perspectives. Qualifications Required: - Strong interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn about the HRBP function. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in data handling (Excel/PPT). Knowledge of Advanced Excel/Power BI/Power Automate is a plus. - Enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ,
