Our flagship product is a bat-mounted/wearable sensor that captures advanced batting metrics (backlift, downswing, tip speed, timing, power index, and more) using embedded IoT hardware, BLE connectivity, and AI-driven analytics.

Role Details

Role Type: Full-time (Founding Engineering Team)

Job Location: Nashik / Pune, India (Hybrid flexibility available)

Experience: 2-3+ years

Compensation: Competitive startup salary + ESOPs (negotiable)

Work Mode: High-ownership, collaborative, iterative prototyping culture

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize firmware for Nordic nRF52840 / ARM Cortex-M MCUs.
• Interface with Bosch BNO055 IMU and vibration sensors to capture cricket bat motion data.
• Implement real-time signal processing (filtering, noise reduction, sensor fusion).
• Build and maintain Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication protocols for live data streaming.
• Ensure low-power optimization, battery management, and device stability.
• Collaborate with PCB designers, app developers, and AI engineers for end-to-end system integration.
• Conduct on-field trials with athletes, debugging and fine-tuning performance.
• Maintain thorough documentation and test procedures for reproducibility.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with MCUs (nRF52 / STM32 / ESP32).
• Solid knowledge of IMUs (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer).
• Hands-on experience with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).
• Understanding of real-time systems, interrupts, and embedded debugging tools.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with nRF52840 development kits and Nordic SDKs.
• Familiarity with sensor fusion algorithms (Madgwick, Kalman filter, etc.).
• Prior work in wearables, sports-tech, or IoT consumer products.
• Exposure to TinyML / TensorFlow Lite Micro.
• Passion for sports, especially cricket, and enthusiasm to test products in real game scenarios.
