About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to plan and execute targeted email campaigns for our USA market. The ideal candidate will be skilled in writing professional emails, using automation tools, generating leads, and optimizing campaign performance.

Requirements

• Experience in Email Marketing / Digital Marketing / Lead Generation.

• Strong command over English writing and grammar.

• Experience with automation tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, HubSpot, SendGrid, Lemlist.

• Knowledge of email warm-up, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC (preferred).

• Ability to create professional outreach emails tailored for USA prospects.

• Understanding of IT services: software, websites, mobile apps, SaaS, CRM/ERP.

• Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns.

• Write outreach sequences, newsletters, and follow-up flows.

• Use automation tools to manage bulk and drip campaigns.

• Monitor open rate, CTR, bounce rate, deliverability, and optimize results.

• Perform A/B tests on subject lines, templates, and content.

• Maintain clean and segmented email lists.

• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR basics.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of experience in email marketing.

• Excellent written communication and formatting skills.

• Basic CRM knowledge: Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive.

• Understanding of analytics and reporting.
