About the Role

Riddhi Technology is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growing business in the USA market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT sales, lead generation, and international client communication. This role requires a confident communicator who can represent our IT services professionally and identify new business opportunities.


Must Have

• Proven international sales experience in Digital Marketing or IT services.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Websites, and IT development services.

Ability to create proposals, quotations, and negotiation frameworks.

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).

Comfortable working US/UK/AU time zones when required.


Good to Have

Experience with outreach tools

Knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com.

Basic understanding of marketing funnels & KPIs.

Prior experience working for agencies or SaaS companies.


KPIs / Performance Metrics

Number of qualified leads generated

Number of meetings booked

Lead-to-client conversion rate

Monthly revenue closed

Client retention & upsell value

Outreach quality & response rate


Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from the USA market.

• Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

• Present IT services clearly to international clients.

• Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and demos.

• Collaborate with technical teams for proposals and quotations.

• Maintain CRM entries with accurate client updates.

• Build strong client relationships and meet sales targets.


Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year experience in BD / IT Sales / International Sales.

• Strong understanding of IT and software service models.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Flexibility to align with US working hours.
