Riddhi Technology is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growing business in the USA market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT sales, lead generation, and international client communication. This role requires a confident communicator who can represent our IT services professionally and identify new business opportunities.
• Proven international sales experience in Digital Marketing or IT services.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Websites, and IT development services.
• Ability to create proposals, quotations, and negotiation frameworks.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).
• Comfortable working US/UK/AU time zones when required.
• Experience with outreach tools
• Knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com.
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels & KPIs.
• Prior experience working for agencies or SaaS companies.
• Number of qualified leads generated
• Number of meetings booked
• Lead-to-client conversion rate
• Monthly revenue closed
• Client retention & upsell value
• Outreach quality & response rate
• Generate and qualify leads from the USA market.
• Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Present IT services clearly to international clients.
• Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and demos.
• Collaborate with technical teams for proposals and quotations.
• Maintain CRM entries with accurate client updates.
• Build strong client relationships and meet sales targets.
• 6 months–1 year experience in BD / IT Sales / International Sales.
• Strong understanding of IT and software service models.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Flexibility to align with US working hours.
