As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Email Marketing Associate to strengthen our B2B lead generation initiatives and drive business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on B2B lead generation for web and app development services.
• Build, manage, and segment targeted email lists of potential business prospects.
• Write engaging subject lines, email content, and CTAs aligned with the company’s goals and offerings.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential leads, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
• Utilize tools such as Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar platforms for cold outreach and email automation.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, etc.) and implement optimization strategies.
• Perform A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation goals and nurture qualified prospects.
• Ensure full compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of cold email outreach and outbound marketing funnels.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive and targeted email content.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data tracking and campaign performance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in the IT services industry, particularly in web or app development.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel lead generation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
