Job Description

An Electronics Design Engineer develops and tests electronic systems and circuits, translating project requirements into detailed technical specifications and designs using specialized software. Key responsibilities include circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, hardware-software integration, and system testing to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on new technologies, and create technical documentation for their designs.  Job Responsibilities Design & Development: Create and update electronic circuits, hardware, and systems based on customer needs and project specifications.  Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed specifications, user instructions, and technical reports for developed systems and circuits.  Testing & Validation: Perform comprehensive testing and validation to identify and resolve faults, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of electronic components and systems.  Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in electrical systems and circuits through innovative solutions.  Collaboration: Work with other engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components into cohesive systems.  Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and technological advancements in electronics to incorporate new ideas and components into designs.  Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.  Key Skills & Qualifications Fundamental Knowledge: A strong understanding of basic electronic components and circuits, including analog and digital electronics.  Software Proficiency: Experience with design and modeling software for creating schematics, diagrams, and PCB layouts.  Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex design issues.  Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and present technical information.  Technical Skills: Expertise in areas like schematic capture, PCB layout, embedded systems, and component selection.  Adaptability: The ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to new technologies and engineering challenges.
