Electrician

Hari Om Enterprise is a trusted supplier and contractor in the solar energy sector, specializing in solar water pumps, solar rooftop systems, and allied electrical solutions. We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to clean energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar rooftop systems (On-grid/Off-grid/Hybrid). Electrical load calculation, wiring diagrams, SLD (Single Line Diagrams), and project documentation. Coordinate with DISCOM/State Nodal Agencies for net-metering and approvals. Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and prepare technical reports. Oversee installation teams, ensure safety compliance, and resolve technical issues. Knowledge of solar water pumps, inverters, controllers, batteries, and solar panels. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of installed projects. Ensure adherence to BIS/IEC standards and electrical safety regulations. Solar Rooftop Installation & Commissioning : Design and implement On-grid, Off-grid, and Hybrid rooftop systems. Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), cable schedules, and earthing layouts. Supervise mounting structure erection, PV module installation, DC/AC wiring, inverter setup, and system integration. Conduct site feasibility studies, load calculations, and shading analysis. Coordinate with DISCOM/CEA for net-metering, synchronization, and approvals. Qualifications & Skills: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Fresher or Experienced). Knowledge of solar energy systems, power distribution, and electrical drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and PVsyst/Helioscope (preferred). Should hold/assist in applying for an Electrical Contractor License (advantageous). Experience Required: Fresher candidates with strong academic background are welcome. 1–3 years of experience in solar EPC / electrical contracting will be an added advantage.
