Job Summary

PP Woven Sack manufacturing machinery

Key Responsibilities

• Install, wire, and connect electrical circuits and control panels for Tape Plant, Looms, Printing, Cutting, and Stitching Machines.
• Perform routine electrical maintenance and repair of PP Woven Sack machinery.
• Read and interpret machine wiring diagrams, panel drawings, and circuit layouts.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in drives, heaters, sensors, motors, and control systems.
• Maintain proper cable routing, termination, and labeling as per company standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical equipment.
• Test electrical components (motors, contactors, relays, drives, PLC I/O) using multimeters and testing devices.
• Ensure safety compliance while handling live circuits and high-voltage equipment.
• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for smooth machine operations.
• Maintain logbooks of daily maintenance activities, materials used, and breakdown reports.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Wireman License (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in PP Woven Sack plant or plastic extrusion/loom machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, control circuits, VFD drives, heaters, and sensor systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot independently.
• Familiarity with safety practices and industrial electrical standards.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems (preferred).
  

Work Environment

• Factory-based role; may require working in shifts.
• Physically active job involving work around machines, wiring panels, and high temperatures.
