Electrical Technician & Site Supervisor

Role Overview

The Electrical Technician & Site Supervisor will coordinate and supervise all installation and infrastructure implementation work during facility setup — including electrical, HVAC, and interior activities — and subsequently support engineering teams with machinery installation, testing, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day execution of electrical systems, HVAC, interior works, and related civil interfaces.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, safety norms, and technical standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain timelines and work quality.

• Verify material delivery, maintain daily logs, and prepare progress documents.

2. Electrical & MEP Systems

• Supervise installation of LT/HT panels, DBs, earthing, cable trays, conduits, and lighting.

• Oversee HVAC installation and alignment with electrical services.

• Conduct pre-commissioning checks, safety inspections, and compliance validation.

3. Equipment Installation & R&D Support

• Assist engineering teams with installation and wiring of test benches, automation systems, and production machinery.

• Support commissioning, calibration, and performance testing.

• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for utilities and testing infrastructure.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain test reports, checklists, and as-built documents.

• Prepare daily progress updates, snag lists, and material consumption records.

• Coordinate with engineering teams for technical feedback and refinements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering / ITI.

• 2–4 years of experience in electrical site supervision, industrial facility setup, or manufacturing infrastructure projects.

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, control panels, and instrumentation.

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, BOQs, and layouts.

• Experience in electronics/EV/energy-tech manufacturing facilities is preferred.
