Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Experience: 4–5 Years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee site execution activities across HT & LT electrical systems. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of substations, transformers, panels, and cable works, along with excellent project coordination and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Technical Work

• Supervise and execute HT & LT yard works in accordance with project standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment.
• Manage cable laying, routing, dressing, and termination for HT/LT power and control cables.
• Ensure proper installation and functioning of substation equipment and associated systems.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Project Management

• Prepare and verify site measurements, work progress, and daily execution reports.
• Handle billing and BOQ preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the site.
• Attend client meetings, update on work progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure smooth communication.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, test reports, and site records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in electrical site execution.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HT & LT yard systems
• Transformers & switchgear
• Electrical panels & substation equipment
• Cable laying, termination & testing
• Understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, and schematics.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage teams and site activities independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in industrial or infrastructure electrical projects.
• Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or related tools (optional).
