Role & responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical technicians and any assigned contractors at AAI sites in Bengaluru. Ensure all electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations are carried out in accordance with the Indian Electricity Rules, relevant IS standards, AAI guidelines, and Shri Sai Enterprises' procedures. Interpret and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints specific to AAI infrastructure. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment (including lighting, power distribution, HVAC electrical components, etc.), and installations to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. Perform and supervise testing and commissioning of electrical equipment after maintenance or new installations. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently and implement effective repair solutions, minimizing downtime. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all electrical systems at AAI sites. Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, AAI safety protocols, and Shri Sai Enterprises' safety policies, including permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures. Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety control measures for all electrical work. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and electrical system modifications, adhering to AAI documentation requirements. Prepare regular reports on the status of electrical systems, maintenance schedules, and any incidents or concerns for Shri Sai Enterprises management and potentially AAI stakeholders.
