Job Description

You will be working as a Deputy Manager - Services - Field Service in Kochi for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. With a qualification of B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical and 4 to 10 years of experience, your responsibilities will include handling warranty/post warranty complaints, achieving revenue targets, improving customer touch points, enhancing customer experience, promoting safety culture, and coordinating with cross functions for product quality improvement. Your functional competencies will involve knowledge of LV/MV Switchgear & IA products, vendor management, working knowledge of MS office, and CRM platforms like SAP and SFDC preferred. Critical skills required for this role include knowledge of LV/MV Switchgears and IA products, excellent communication skills, and electrical safety awareness.
