Description
You will be working for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) as a Manager - Services - Field Service based in Coimbatore. With 4 to 10 years of experience and a B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling branch warranty/post-warranty complaints for all LK products - Achieving revenue targets for Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business - Enhancing customer touchpoints through Unsolicited Service Campaigns/First serve/In-Plant Training Programs - Improving customer experience at the Kochi Branch by focusing on Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score, etc. - Promoting safety culture within the team and partners to ensure zero accidents - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality based on field input Functional Competencies required for this role include knowledge of LV/MV Switchgear & IA products, experience in vendor management/service sales, working knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with CRM platforms like SAP and SFDC. Critical skills such as knowledge of LV/MV Switchgears and IA products, effective communication skills for handling internal and external customers, and electrical safety awareness are essential for this position.
