Job Description :-

Project Management and Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and standards specific to the renewable energy sector and highways.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support for electrical installations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures specific to electrical construction in highways and energy projects to ensure high standards are maintained.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and government bodies to ensure project requirements are understood and met, while maintaining positive relationships.
Software Proficiency: MS Project, MS-Office, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience: 2-7 years of experience in electrical management within the renewable energy, road, or highways industry.
Education: M.Tech/M.E in Construction Management or a relevant degree.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in electrical project management tools and software, with a focus on construction applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in renewable energy projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
