Electrical Maintenance Engineer

1. Maintenance Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Manage installation and commissioning of new machinery and utilities.

2. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork within the maintenance department.

3. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Promote and enforce safe working practices throughout the plant.

4. Budget Management

• Develop, implement, and manage the maintenance department’s annual budget.
• Control costs by optimizing resource utilization and selecting cost-effective maintenance solutions.

5. Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain accurate inventory records.

6. Equipment Management

• Monitor and maintain equipment performance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance history and equipment performance.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques, technologies, and industry standards.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Reporting

• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to the Plant or Operations Manager.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, activities, and expenditures.

Pay: ₹824,661.01 - ₹900,101.49 per year
