• ITI in Electrical

Experience:

• Min 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing / plant / facility)

Working Days & Time:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Week Off: Sunday

Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth operation of all electrical equipment, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment and machinery.
• Inspect and maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, transformers, motors, drives (VFDs), relays, and switchgear.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, short circuits, and component failures.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all production and utility areas.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and logbooks for all electrical work.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines, panels, and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and AMC services.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Comply with all electrical safety procedures, PPE usage, and statutory regulations.
• Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and shutdowns.
• Train operators and junior technicians on basic maintenance and safety practices.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, drives, and control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance schedules and tools.
• Understanding of earthing systems, LT/HT panels, DG sets, UPS systems, and lighting circuits.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing instruments (multimeter, megger, clamp meter, etc.).
• Awareness of ISO, 5S, and safety standards.
