Office Assistant

Job Opening: Personal Assistant (PA) – Coordination & Tally Expert Experience Required: 2 to 4 years Location: Ghatkopar West Age: 20 Yrs. to 30 Yrs. Key Responsibilities: Act as the right hand to the manager/director for all coordination and follow-up tasks. Handle communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain and update records of business activities, schedules, and meetings. Manage emails, phone calls, and day-to-day administrative support. Maintain accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Prepare and verify GST invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist in filing returns. Maintain and update financial reports and ledgers. Organize and manage travel bookings, appointments, and office supplies. Follow up on pending work and ensure deadlines are met. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience as a PA, Admin Executive, or Coordinator. Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime . Knowledge of basic accounting, GST, and invoice preparation. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
