Job Summary:

Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery within the organization. The role also includes managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with vendors, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, and maintaining electrical safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems such as panels, motors, control circuits, transformers, MCCs, and lighting systems.
• Plan, schedule, and execute periodic maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain electrical load distribution and ensure compliance with energy-saving measures.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, spares, and equipment performance.
• Manage AMC vendors for electrical equipment such as DG sets, UPS, air compressors, lifts, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with external service providers for inspection, calibration, and maintenance activities under AMC.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with statutory and safety regulations (as per IE Rules, Factory Act, etc.).
• Maintain an inventory of critical electrical spare parts and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support in new electrical installations, modifications, or plant expansion projects.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to restore normal operation.
• Train operators and maintenance team members on electrical safety and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and AMC coordination (manufacturing/industrial setup preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC basics, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance tools, testing instruments, and fault diagnosis.
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Good communication and vendor management skills.
• Awareness of safety standards and statutory electrical codes.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for onsite maintenance.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
