Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee the electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment used in our industrial furnaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heat treatment furnace operations , preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring minimal downtime of equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of heat treatment furnaces and related equipment. Ensure safe and reliable operation of PLC, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and temperature controllers . Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime. Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions promptly. Collaborate with the mechanical maintenance team during furnace overhauls or breakdowns. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and generate service reports. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company protocols. Support furnace installation, testing, and commissioning as needed. Provide technical guidance for process improvements and energy efficiency.
