Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Tools Proficiency : Experience with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software. Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions. Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications : Certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or industrial maintenance are advantageous. Experience : Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies. Software : Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
