Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:
• Supervise and execute on-site installation and electrical wiring of resistance welding machines at customer locations.
• Commission equipment to ensure optimal functioning according to operational specifications.
• Conduct site acceptance testing and customer handover procedures.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and maximize uptime of welding machines.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports for audit and service analysis purposes.
• Troubleshooting & Service Resolution:
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems and control panels of resistance welding machines.
• Respond to service calls, both remotely and on-site, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate critical issues and collaborate with internal design, manufacturing, or product teams for complex resolutions.
• Customer Support & Documentation:
• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and feedback logs post visits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of service quality and communication.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuit diagrams, PLCs, relays, contactors, and industrial control panels.
• Strong hands-on experience (or interest in learning) in working with resistance welding machines.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in industrial electrical work.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior experience in industrial machine service or maintenance is a plus for experienced candidates
