EHS Manager

Job Title: Manager – EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Telecom About the Role: We are looking for a #Manager in the #EHS vertical (specifically for #Telecom ) who can effectively develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs across the organization. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: ➥ Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) ➥ Advanced/Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Technical Board ➥ NEBOSH IGC or I-Dip (preferable) Required Experience: ➥ Telecom Experience of 8+ years preferred ➥ Demonstrated active working experience with Environment, Health, and Safety issues in a related industry Key Roles and Responsibilities: ➥ Develop, implement, and monitor company environmental Safety programs and policies to assure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety regulations. ➥ Maintain safety equipment inventory, perform periodic Safety inspections, and monitor hazardous conditions. ➥ Interact with administration on workers’ compensation and workplace ergonomics programs. ➥ Survey and investigate working conditions, identify hazardous conditions affecting workers, property, and the environment, and develop measures to eliminate them. ➥ Conduct risk assessments and related audits to reduce organizational liability. ➥ Provide health and safety orientation to new employees and training to existing employees, including demonstration of safety equipment usage. ➥ Coordinate and attend related committee meetings. ➥ Establish an ESG Management System and report periodically.
