About Position: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eggplant Automation Specialist to join our QA team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests using the Eggplant Functional tool. This role requires close collaboration with development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring software quality and reliability.. Role: Eggplant Automation Tester Location: ALL PSL Experience: 6 yrs to 8 yrs Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Eggplant Functional. Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results. Collaborate with QA and development teams to create effective test strategies and plans. Identify, report, and help troubleshoot bugs and errors. Ensure software meets functional and performance requirements. Expertise You'll Bring: Proficiency in Eggplant Functional for test automation. Extensive experience in Automation Testing. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby. Experience with other testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, or LoadRunner. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of databases such as SQL or Oracle. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of API testing. Experience with performance and/or security testing. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
