Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation:

    Source new sales opportunities through both

    inbound lead follow-up

    and

    outbound cold calls/emails

    .
  • Counselling & Interaction:

    Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.

    Interact with prospective students and parents

    to understand their needs/requirements.
  • Program Pitching:

    Provide accurate and detailed information on academic programs, admission criteria, fee structures, and application procedures, pitching a suitable program to close sales.
  • Target Achievement:

    Be responsible for student admissions and consistently achieve

    monthly/quarterly quotas

    .
  • Application Support:

    Assist students with the application process, required documentation, and meeting deadlines.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-ups within the

    CRM system

    .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Generally, 6 months of experience, often specifically in Inside Sales, Ed-Tech, or a target-driven sales environment.

  • Education:

    Graduation

    in any specialization is mandatory (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Language Fluency:

    Fluency in English and Hindi

    is typically a must-have requirement for this role.
