Job Description: Plexema Solution Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Educational Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative educational solutions to schools across Gujarat. Our product offerings include: AI Learning Programs STEM Labs Robotics Kits & Curriculum Summer Camps AI Training for Teachers & Students You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the education sector and ensuring that schools across Gujarat are empowered with the tools and training they need to foster 21st-century skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to reach out to schools across Gujarat. Conduct meetings and presentations with school principals, administrators, and educators. Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions from our product list. Coordinate demos, workshops, and training sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers. Track sales targets, prepare regular reports, and provide market feedback. Represent the company at educational events and exhibitions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Education, Marketing, or related field preferred). Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively across Gujarat. Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about education technology.
