Educational Counselor

• Provide one-to-one and group educational and career counseling for students (school, higher-education and vocational guidance).
• Conduct needs assessments and create personalized learning / career plans based on students’ strengths, interests and aspirations.
• Deliver workshops, webinars and information sessions for students, parents and partner institutions.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of student enquiries; qualify leads and convert prospects into enrolments.
• Meet monthly/quarterly counselling & sales targets; track and report on performance metrics.
• Liaise with academic institutions, training partners and internal teams to coordinate placements, assessments and follow-up support.
• Maintain accurate counseling records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Stay current with educational pathways, entrance exams, scholarship opportunities and vocational trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Advanced qualification or certification in counseling is a plus.
• Proven experience in student counseling, career guidance or educational consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Good understanding of local and national educational systems, admissions processes, and career pathways.
• Comfortable working to targets — demonstrable experience meeting counselling/enrolment goals preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
• Proficiency with basic office tools (MS Office / Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM or student-management systems is desirable.
